Payment

At present we do not have the facility for on line ordering however we are happy to receive orders by email, post, or telephone.
All orders should be placed with the Secretary, Mrs Sheila Kerr.

Delivery

We aim to always have a small stock available and despatch orders within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
Where an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise when it will be available.

Post and Packing

All our parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class post within the UK and by Standard Airmail to overseas.

Frances Wilson Studio cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Customer Satisfaction and Quality

All our miniatures are produced to a very high standard and are thoroughly quality controlled before despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty we will replace or refund.
We offer a fourteen day no quibble guarantee from the date of despatch.
Any items returned to us must be securely rewrapped with all the original packaging.
Frances Wilson Studio reserve the right not to refund or replace any item we deem to have been misused or incorrectly packaged for return.

Important Points

Modern pewter does not contain lead and therefore is not toxic.
All the paints used by Frances Wilson Studio are also non toxic. Many heirloom collections of Frances’ miniatures have been made for children; however please note that the miniatures are not toys.
Due to the size and small parts the miniatures should be kept away from young children.
The paint on the miniatures will fade if exposed to continuous direct sunlight. They are best displayed in a cabinet or area with artificial light which will not affect the paint.
Enamel paint is hard wearing for normal handling but may chip if the miniature is dropped or knocked.
We are happy to repair your miniature for a small charge if somebody mistakenly falls off the stage and smudges their makeup or damages their costume! Please contact Frances Wilson Studio for more details about this service.
Our miniatures are supplied in sturdy gift boxes and wrapped in protective packaging and attractive coloured tissue paper.
Each piece also has a certificate of authenticity. Where the miniature is part of a limited edition the certificate will be numbered.
